About this space
Spacious home conveniently located near shopping, downtown events, University of Kentucky campus, Rupp Arena, and only 12 miles away from the Kentucky horse park. Enjoy your time exploring Lexington/Georgetown and surrounding areas and return home and enjoy the calm and coziness of the neighborhood.

The house was pretty. It was disappointing for the listing to state that it is 4 bedrooms when there is really only 3 bedrooms. We would not have booked this particular home if we had know that because we had 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids). There were air mattresses which we blew up two. Unfortunately they did not hold their air and had to be re-filled multiple times during the night. We appreciated the hosts quick response to send maintenance for tacks from a carpet strip sticking up in the threshold going into the kitchen. I suggest bringing your own pillows- we ended up making a Walmart run to buy some, the ones provided are very thin and flat.

Home was clean and comfortable. We were a party of six and used all three bedrooms. Hostess was quick to answer our questions. Beds were comfy and the home was conveniently located to campus and good restaurants. Only one small thing, only two coffee mugs. Luckily, we only had two coffee drinkers, so it worked out okay. If in the Lexington area, I highly recommend.

Horse Racing Trip

Nice location. The house was clean. You have plenty of TV's. Enough off-street parking for 3 cars in the driveway. The house was nice and quiet at night. Tips: bring your own hairdryer, shampoo and soap. Kitchen is decently stocked. Improvements: Could use a larger coffee pot. Master bath mirror is too high to use if you are under 5'-8" Still a nice place to stay.

Great stay with minimal issues.

Loved the house! It does say four bedrooms, but the fourth is actually a sleeper sofa in the basement. We had trouble with the air conditioning, but otherwise it was perfect for what we needed.

Very clean, great location

Very clean, great location. Only thing I would add is mirror in downstairs bedroom is hung way too high and you may want to take some kitchen utensils with you, as they were limited. WE loved the place and had a great stay!
