Our room was spacious and had every amenity we needed and more. It was quiet in the room and the darkening shades were great. The staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast included a variety of items and the afternoon cookies were a nice treat!

Great location right off interstate in Frankfort. Easy checkin and nice accommodations too. Very convenient to where we needed to be and in the middle of wineries and bourbon country.

Best hotel we’ve had when booking through Expedia in a while. Finally slept good and finally had a decent meal and safe environment for our kids.

Booked wrong and Thief
A double queen bedroom was booked, however once I arrived, we only had one bed. They could not change our room because they stated they were sold out. The Front Desk Clerk was very nice and had great customer service. The next day I called back and explained I left my Apple watch charger as well as my phone charger plugged into the lamp beside the bed. They explained that it was not found...really? I know good and well, if they cleaned that room, it was there.

Very nice stay
Our room was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming on check in. it was nice that the breakfast used real plates, cups and silverware instead of disposable everything. We were happy with our stay.

When I arrived there wasnt anyone at the front desk. The phone rang and was unanswered several times. It appeared that the desk clerk was sleeping at one of the tables near the front desk.

The people in the next room had a dog that barked. I called the office and they talked about a noise policy starting at 10pm. There were enough open rooms in the hotel building. They put people right next to people for the convenience of the cleaning staff. When I talked to the front desk personnel,they should have agreed with just giving us a new room. We drove nearly seven hours just to be inconvenienced our first night. Also, hotel should invest in better quality pillows.
