Casa3dici, "Tredici", è un'autentica casa italiana di 100 anni tra gli italiani in un quartiere senza auto, non direttamente sul lago ma a circa 100 metri sopra il Lago di Como contro il fianco della montagna. Situato sul sentiero escursionistico Strada Regia e ideale per famiglie con bambini. La spaziosa casa ha una spaziosa terrazza panoramica con posti a sedere e ombrellone e un ampio giardino privato, separato dalla casa da un sentiero ea pochi metri dalla casa, con gazebo e sala da pranzo per 8 persone, entrambi con vista sul lago. La casa è meravigliosamente fresca e confortevole in estate. La spiaggia di ciottoli sul lago è raggiungibile tramite una scala pubblica a 200 gradini. Dalla spiaggia i nostri ospiti possono fare gite sul lago con i 2 kayak. Visita Lezzeno, Bellagio, le splendide ville e giardini intorno al lago o gli eleganti negozi e il mercato di Como. Milano è raggiungibile in un'ora in auto o in treno. Puoi camminare o andare in bicicletta meravigliosamente nella zona. Ci sono 2 biciclette con caschi disponibili per i nostri ospiti. Naturalmente anche cibo delizioso in giardino con il grande barbecue o in uno dei fantastici ristoranti della zona, alcuni a pochi passi da Casa3dici.

La maison est situé tout en haut d’un petit chemin accessible à pied. La maison a 3 étages, cuisine au 1er, chambres et salle de bain au 2e, salle de séjour et terrasse au 3e.Il y avait un chien près de la maison qui aboyait le soir, la nuit au hazard. On le voyait, il était dans un cage à l’extérieur. Des travaux de rénovation étaient en cours dans la maison juste à côté avec des petits tracteurs pour amener les matériaux. Le stationnement privé était aussi en rénovation.Nous n’avons pas vu la terrasse, mais la pluie nous a de toute façon empêché d’en profiter. Les hôtes étaient gentils et rapides pour nous assister.

10 dagen Como in een authentiek huis met alles erop en eraan.

Onze eerste indruk was niet zo positief maar daar moet ik dan ook bij vertellen dat wij gewend zijn om op een campjng te staan met alles wat je nodig hebt in de buurt, bv grote supermarkt. Eerst de positieve: prachtig huis, grote tuin, Bellagio, Como, Milaan, lekker uit eten. Grote supermarkt is in Bellagio 15 min. De negatieve; 200 traptreden naar meer zijn erg slecht aangelegd, grote tuin was niet gemaaid en geveegd, stond nog een kapotte tafel. Van Como naar Lezenno is 45 min bochtjes rijden. Strandje was vrij smal vanwege veel regen. De 2 kano's lagen boven vanwege dat er geen plaats aan het meer was, wij zagen het niet zitten km met 30 graden deze 200 traptreden te tillen. Mijn oudste puber en ik vonden het heerlijk, mijn man en jongste zoon vonden het te saai. Wel een mooie ervaring rijker. Christel was makkelijk te bereiken en is heel behulpzaam. De informatie klopt maar als je voor de 1ste keer naar het Comomeer gaat heb je geen idee van al die trappen😉😄

Altes Haus mit viel Charme

Die Lage des Hauses ist super, das Haus ist alt, mit viel Charme und innen sehr großzügig. Der Garten ist leider nicht am Haus, aber innerhalb von wenigen Metern erreichbar, allerfings sehr verwildert. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden. Teilweise neuwertig, teilweise veraltert.. Es ist sehr feucht in dem Haus und ein Luftentfeuchter läuft nervig die ganze Zeit. Das WLAN ist überall zu empfangen, allerdings nur 3 Tage und nach einem Stromausfall, trotz Resets nicht mehr vorhanden. Vielleicht lag es an Problemen des Anbieters. Alles in allem ist es weiter zu empfehlen und wenn es modernisiert wird...top

Vielseitiger Urlaub

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, das Haus hat viel Charme, wir haben die sonnigen Abende auf der Dachterrasse verbracht, tagsüber viele Wanderwege erkundet, die Kajaks benutzt und für Einkäufe die Räder, nur für den Garten war das Wetter zu kühl. Die Vielseitigkeit der möglichen Aktivitäten, die hilfreichen Informationen durch die Vermieter und die Großzügigkeit, mit der sie einem alles zur Verfügung stellen, machen den Aufenthalt zu einem besonderen Erlebnis.

Great stay

We loved our stay here, the rooftop area and the other outdoor area across the path were lovely areas to relax in. The beds were comfy but you have to walk through the bunk bed room to get to one of the double rooms. The area is so beautiful with some brilliant restaurants

Great holiday in Casa3dici!

We enjoyed our stay in Lezzeno very much. The small village offers everything we need. It was great that we could use the two canoes which belong to Casa3dici. Our host Christel was answering any E-Mail/question very fast. Thank you!

Amazing experience without compromise

A very welcoming home. Thank you Christel! The house was just perfect for our family of seven. Short walk to the lake, local shop and Bar. Some of us even managed to go for a quick swim in the crispy chilli water of lake Como. Beautiful views!! We'll definitely cherish the moments we spent in your house. Thank you

A very nice stay

All information about the accomodation proved to be right and accurate. Even though the weather was really hot +30-35 outside, the house was not. We had the windows open during the nights and shut during the daytime. We couldn't use the garden due to wasps, but the roof terrace was really nice to spent time after 8pm (the sun went down behind the mountains). The first floor (kitchen) and the alley in front of the house were our favourite places to spent the time. The kitchen was also very well equipped to make our own dinners. We had some trouble to find a parking place for our car, but we always did. The local host (Daniel) tried to help us and he was easy to contact in Whatsapp. The dogs in the neighborhood were also barking a lot and it made some nights hard to get to sleep. Anyway - we enjoyed our stay very much and might come again some day.

Nicht ganz so schön, wie die Anzeige vermuten ließ

Insgesamt war das Haus für den Preis ok, aber von den Nachbargrundstücken war nachts ein ständiges Geheule und Gekläffe von verschiedenen Hunden zu hören - sehr nervig. Der Garten befand sich nicht direkt am Haus, dies war so nicht in der Anzeige beschrieben. Auch wurde die Aussicht auf den See durch eine Baustelle mit Kran erheblich eingeschränkt. Im Haus war ein muffiger, feuchter Geruch wahrzunehmen, was wohl mit der engen Hanglage und Schlechtwetterseite zusammenhängt. Die Böden und Fenster, insbesondere in den Schlafräumen, waren nicht ordentlich gesäubert. In den Kommoden in den Schlafräumen befand sich teilweise Unrat, so dass diese nicht benutzbar waren. Die Küchenschränke rochen muffig, ebenso das darin befindliche Geschirr. Die Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht einwandfrei. Der Wäscheständer war kaputt. All dies sind Dinge, die vom Besitzer probemlos und ohne großen finanziellen Aufwand zu reinigen bzw. zu reparieren wären.

Für "Romantiker"

Organisation sehr gut. Vermieter antworten sofort, sehr freundlich. Wir hatten uns anhand der Beschreibung etwas ganz Anderes vorgestellt, der Garten ist schräg gegenüber dem Haus und im September sehr schattig, der Blick zum See durch eine Baustelle beeinträchtigt. Der Garten ist zum Haus darunter nicht abgegrenzt. Die Dachterrasse ist klein, der Innenhof kein schöner Anblick, im Stehen auf einer Seite eingeschränkter Blick auf den See. Wer gerne urig, in einem alten ( gut renoviertem und gut ausgestattetetem) engen und dunklen ( das ist natürlich klar, da die Fenster klein sind und die Nachbarhäuser direkt gegenüber sind) Haus wohnt, ist hier richtig. Am engen Fußweg zum Haus gibt einen Hundezwinger mit einem aggressiv bellenden Hund und auch im Haus gegenüber gibt es einen Hund. Für uns war das leider nichts, sodass wir nicht geblieben sind. Die alte Siedlung aus Steinhäusern hat schon Charme, wir haben uns allerdings sehr beengt gefühlt. Aber trotzdem ,danke an die netten Vermieter,die auf jedes Mail sofort reagiert haben!

Très jolie maison située dans un tout petit hameau au bord du lac de Côme : endroit charmant et calme, maison confortable et bien équipée, hôtes très gentils et disponibles, tout est réuni pour passer de très belles vacances en famille !

Fantastische Italiaanse sfeer

Ruime woning met een verassende gigantische tuin. Overal prachtig uitzicht op het meer. Voor elk wat wils, zon of schaduw, op elk moment van de dag te vinden. Vriendelijke buurt, met Italiaanse gastvrijheid. Het Comomeer werkelijk op steenworp afstand waar je heerlijk kunt zwemmen en kajakken. Watertemperatuur zeer aangenaam. In de woning een koele keuken met oven, vaatwasser en compleet ingericht. Voor de jeugd uitstekende WIFI. Fijn douche. Ruime slaapkamers. Een grote woonkamer op de bovenverdieping. Boeken, spelletjes, alles is aanwezig voor een ontspannen verblijf. Ook met het openbaar vervoer zijn bijvoorbeeld Como en Belagio goed en voordelig bereikbaar. Kortom een aanrader voor iedereen!

Petite maison typique du Lac de Côme

La maison est idéalement située, au bord du Lac et et moins de 20 mn de Bellagio, le coeur touristique de la région. La maison est petite, mais avec une terrasse très agréable sur les toits. Le jardin est très agréable et bien agencé, mais n'est pas accessible directement par la maison, il faut simplement traverser la ruelle. Cela n est pas très pratique mais nous à permis de discuter avec le voisin, très gentil. Le propriétaire laisse à disposition 2 vélos et 2 kayaks. Sans doute le mieux pour se déplacer car le plus difficile, et valable pour toute la région, reste de se garer quand on a une grande voiture.

Maison agréable bien équipée avec une belle terrasse sur le toit un jardin situé de l’autre côté de la rue Seul petit bémol des chiens aux alentours qui aboient perturbant un peu la quiétude du lieu La propriétaire n’etait pas sur place mais est très à l’écoute et très réactive Bon rapport qualité prix

Ein romantisches altes Haus in einem kleinen Bergdorf mit phantastischer Aussicht auf den See.

Unser Feriendomizil entsprach in jeder Hinsicht unserern Erwartungen - die Beschreibungen waren also wirklich zutreffend. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Wunderbar

Ein wunderbares Haus in den malerischen Gassen von Lezzeno. Auf drei Stöcken geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Platz für zwei Familien. Küche mit allem ausgestattet. Garten mit Seesicht zum Fussballspielen und Grillieren. Kontakt sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder. Empfehlenswert! Sehr schön!
