“Immaculate, spacious and elegant decor. Plenty of room comfortable beds. Location and the epic sea view. We had a complimentary fruit basket and sweets provided for our arrival. We only wished we had a rakwe to make Lebanese coffee, but we did also have a coffee pod machine. Other than that the kitchen was stocked with the essentials. Great stay ”

“Terrible experience from start to finish. Hotels.com did not mention any deposit, yet I was later contacted on WhatsApp asking to transfer money, which immediately felt suspicious and unprofessional. The room was unbearable. The hotel directly faces the Port of Beirut, and you are woken up every morning around 6 AM by loud industrial noise. The windows are useless for sound insulation, and the all-glass building turns the room into an oven due to zero insulation. After checkout, I was falsely...
