“great! cool vibe. close to a lot restaurants”

“This property was completely misrepresented. Paint flaking off the wall. Cracks in the ceiling. Almost every door needed repair and repainting. Other peoples toothbrushes and other personal items left in bathroom. Hotels .com should be ashamed to list this property. I am demanding a complete refund and will never use Hotels.com again. Below is one of the many pictures I took of this “deluxe” property.”

“This was a pretty nice place, it was clean, the bathroom was in great condition. Breakfast was good. The place is set up a little funky with the elevator being in the back. The place was moderately crowded for a Thursday night.”

“The property was fair. The location is not desirable (drifters and homeless). Location was chosen online very last minute. Really needed something fast. Would not recommend for lone women travelers.”

“The young lady that checked us in was a trainee and not at all professional or friendly. I had booked two rooms, and she could not find my second room. I asked for a nonsmoking room as I have Asmah. The first room for the girls smelled like marijuana, the second move had a terrible smell coming from the AC wall unit. My room had cigarette burn holes in the comforter and other large holes as if a large rat was trying to make a nest. The manager came and told me if she changed me to other rooms I...

“Room was very dirty. Hair every where. Bottom of tub cracked and peeling. Hair in towels and all over the room. Stained comforter and sheets ”
