“Nothing here helped me relax. First room was okay, but fridge had food leftover from previous occupant and ceiling leaked over the bedside table. Second room was clearly a smoking room - it reeked of cigarette smoke and linens had cigarette burns. Shower did not work in second room. My police escort requested the room change because the first room was deemed a possible crime scene, but desk clerk was told to gove me this one. Too distraught from my previous evening's experience, I said...

“This was my second time that front desk guy makes me to do reservation on line instead to do walking reservation, telling me than that not is possible at that moment, and There is a lot opportunity to improve breakfast.”

“The place have roaches very bad. The rooms are over priced and outdated”

“Air conditioner didn't work well. Headboard on beds wasn't clean. Bathroom wasn't cleaned very well. ”

“Breakfast was not at all good. The hotel condition was not that good. Toilet seat cover loose and moving. The elevator stopped working in the afternoon for about 2 hrs.”

“Police and ICE at location on arrival. Went in to see if it was ok inside. Nope Scary location. Looked like an abandoned hotel with squatters. Did not stay. Did not even try to cancel reservation just got out of there.”
