“Came in late at night was attended quickly and professionally and rooms were super clean but coffee not good it was watered down it seemed. Other than that it’s a definitely a place to sleep well and peace and quiet. Definitely would recommend”

“Breakfast was poor. One hour into the posted time (8:00am) many items were finished and not to replenished. Including coffee.”

“Clean room: Our room was very nice & clean. Great view of pool. Breakfast was great. Our room temp air conditioning was very comfortable. I would recommend this location.”

“For the price it’s grate. It’s about 30 min away from the marine base, it is an hour away from ILH, and everything is in basically Wilmington. Jacksonville has some places but it doesn’t have nearly as much at Wilmington. The room was pretty clean. No bugs or weird stuff. So, I would say that the hotel was pretty nice. Thor coffee is good too. I’m a sucker for hotel coffee.”

“Just got back yesterday from our stay at the Clarion Hotel, the hotel lobby is very beautiful, the marble floors are state-of-the-art, it appears that a lot of thought was put into the design of the lobby.The hotel staff was very friendly. When pulling up to the hotel, it was aesthetically very pleasing. The breakfast was great, it would have been nice to have an alternative meat since we don’t eat pork, but otherwise than that, it was wonderful plenty of choices of things to eat, from cereals,...

“Room was clean but smelled like someone cooked a roast in it all day. The air conditioner went and never worked again. Staff wasn't that helpful to fix the problems. Basically makes excuses and that's it.”

“Loved the large walk in shower, hated the bare bedroom floor. Breakfast was so so. Of the things I usually eat - watery oatmeal, old biscuits, coffee was terrible. Several people were making waffles but it was too much of an effort for me.”

I especially appreciated that the room had no carpeting, which made it feel cleaner and fresher. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.”

“My experience was terrible, first the lady in the front desk wasn't professional. She gave me a room They mistakenly assigned me a room that was already occupied; when I opened the door at midnight, the guests inside were upset though it was not my fault. Upon returning to the front desk, they gave me another room, but the key card was not registered to open the door, and the air conditioning remote control was broken.”
