Great check-in, even late at night. Centrally located. It is on the Vrbo site but we missed it on booking - there is a resort fee taxes of 49/day (total, not per person). Had an awesome time!

Great value!

Conveniently located. Close to beach, airport and south beaches. All essential amenities as listed and all worked. It was nicely organized. It was also nice to have ac when you aren’t used to the heat. Do remember it is a tropical area so there is humidity and bugs, nothing more than would be expected. It was also a bad time for mosquitoes. So that wasn’t the property as much as the island. Staff was super helpful. Got checked in easily even though we flew in on a holiday and arrived much later than anticipated (like 1-2am). The pool was an awesome addition. Overall we loved it and would absolutely stay again.

Great location

We had a full kitchen! So expensive to eat out! Costco , Target, Safeway and Walmart 10 minutes away. Great location. Turn right or left out of the complex and with in one hour you can be at the end of the road and in between you will have seen a bunch of beaches and a few small quaint towns. Place was air conditioned, with washer and dryer! We were given beach chairs and beach towels to use. I would stay again but would question why we had to pay an additional $600 at check in. We stayed 2 weeks! Front desk personnel and Kiki the concierge were so friendly. Thanks 🙏

Awesome Views!!

The views was amazing. The location being central of the island was a plus. The room was comfy and enjoyable. Master Bathroom was a little dirty. The stairs going down to the room had snails and had to watch night time you don’t step on them. Other than that, this was an awesome room to rent. Would rent again despite the noise from upstairs guest/owners. :)

Great Property on a Budget

The 2 bedroom we had was great. We wished it had more of a view. Centrally located to both South and North Kauai. The only 2 issues we had was the washer/dryer did not work. Everything was clean and check-in process was smooth. The property gave us a small credit for that and second the roosters woke us up pretty early in the morning. Nothing ear plugs could fix. This is a perfect condo for a family or someone on a budget.

Dated building, but great location

The stairwells were wet and had leaves and snails on them. The air conditioners were dirty., we cleaned them and it was much better. The location was great. We were able to explore the entire island.

Your Basic Condo

We arrived after hours and had no problem checking in with Security. The condo is older, but clean, and has everything you need. It is a bottom unit and there is no view, just trees blocking the road and the occassional wildlife siting(chickens!). Walkable to beach restaurants, and shops, but it's not right our the door. Depending on heat, you may want to drive.

Awesome property but not advised of amenity fees.

Nice place but were never informed of amenity fees by the condo owner or the staff at Banyan Harbor when we checked in. Never received breakdown of charges for fees and thus were unknowingly charged in addition to paying condo owner for what we thought was payment in full.

Communication Not Good

This condo is beautiful, clean and well-equipped. It is in a great location and walking distance to a few great restaurants and an ABC store. Our issue came with our communication with the property owner Stacy. We did not receive any check in information other than go to the office. I knew they closed at 6pm and we were arriving much later. I worried for two days prior to arriving what was going to happen. After the first response, she never followed up with my phone message and second email. What you need to do if you arrive after hours is go to the small office and call the security guy on a phone that was outside the building. Then he comes and opens the office and checks you in. It isn't a very efficient system, but if you know in advance this is what happens after hours, then at least you won't need to worry about it!

Nice place, bad communication

The condo was lovely. It was conveniently located, clean, and had all the essentials. My only complaint is with the communication. The front desk is only open from 9-6 and outside of those hours their phones hang up on you. They couldn't locate my reservation and the owner of the condo took 2 days to respond to me. Also they still haven't sent me a receipt from our stay. Most places print it for you when you check out or email it within 24 hours but so far nothing.

Wonderful week and We will be back

Loved it, short walk to the beach and restaurants, spacious 2 bedrooms and 2 full bath, kitchen is ready to cook full meals if you choose 2 and my one and only suggestion to the owner would be to add couple of beach chairs and a beach umbrella just because all of the VRBO's beach / lake properties I have been to (over 40 of them over the past 15 years) had them + beach towels , overall I highly recommend it !
