“Struttura splendida nel Rocky Mountain Ntl Park con l’impressione che si possa fare di più e meglio. Servizio inesistente: abbiamo trovato qualcuno alla reception solo al check out. Camere non rifatte e asciugamani non sostituiti dopo la prima notte ci poteva stare. Ma un solo kit per doccia per due persone per due giorni sembra eccessivo. Mancano i frigo in camera ed anche questo ci può stare. Ma la macchina per il ghiaccio non funzionante per due giorni diventa un problema. Qualcosa da...

“Poor customer service”

“Hotel basico un po fuori dal centro di Estes. Camera spaziosa, letto comodo, si di OK, colazione BASIC (caffè + dolcetti confezionati). Personale gentile. OK per prezzo non esagerato (per Estes).”

“Should put the cabin number on the itinerary and the lock should have at least a 30 second delay. You could easily lock yourself out and if you don’t memorize the code or if you leave your phone inside the cabin you could be locked out with no way to contact anybody. Other than that, everything was great.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful property and our Stream Suite was bigger than expected. Two things that came as a surprise to us, the stream running through the property was across the parking lot from our suite. The website view had us thinking it ran outside our back door. Also, we thought they had a pool because it was prominently displayed on the website. Once we arrived and looked further it was on the website with "coming soon in Aug.". “The room was very spacious with a nice sized fridge and microwave. The beds and pillows were ultra comfortable!!! The location was close to the Visitors Center which has a free shuttle that takes you all around town. Breakfast was very good with a coffee pot also in the room. I would stay there again in the future!”

Camera molto spaziosa, con due letti Queen (purtroppo moquette a terra, ma comunque pulita). Letti comodissimi.Wifi ben funzionante. Colazione buona, sia dolce che salata, abbastanza varia e abbondante.”

“We didn’t get to stay in the Stanley proper but stayed at Aspire which ended up being ok because that’s where the pool and hot tub were located and my kids loved that. Rooms were very clean and amenities were satisfactory. Didn’t catch any ghost sightings but I imagine everyone walking up and down the hall right near your room if you’re staying right in the hotel would be annoying after a while or even just screw up if you thought you heard a real ghost or just people looking around. Anyways...

“The amenities were amazing for our family with two small kids. Games and pool and hot tub and play sets and other options. They also had bikes to check out to ride around town and other useful items like coolers and movies and what not to check out in the office.”
