Camere non rifatte e asciugamani non sostituiti dopo la prima notte ci poteva stare. Ma un solo kit per doccia per due persone per due giorni sembra eccessivo. “Abbiamo soggiornato una notte, signora alla reception gentilissima, ci ha fornito cartine per le Rocky Mountain, un giornalino di Estes Park e dato alcune informazioni sulla zona. Camera molto spaziosa, con due letti Queen (purtroppo moquette a terra, ma comunque pulita). Letti comodissimi.Wifi ben funzionante. “Keep in mind, we visited in the peak of summer, this hotel is over 100 years old, and in the mountains. That being said, there is no AC in the rooms but there were plenty of fans provided which was enough to keep the room cool. The hotel has pretty outdoor areas and well kempt with a sparkling pool, cute fire pit area, and outside sitting area. Loved that the rooms had a small kitchenette to make or heat up food. Also loved the large traditional coffee pot as opposed to what newer hotels offer....

He was helpful and very friendly and answered all my questions and came to my room immediately when I had an issue in the bathroom. The room was clean.
