“The woman that was there to check me in was rude and unpleasant. However the rest of the staff, including the valet drivers, were nice. The room was okay (although for a river view room, the river was not visible). I wish the room had bottled water and/or snacks (in addition to having them available in the sundry). Great location, good price, nothing fancy.”

“Very nice downtown hotel. Had to pay $35 per night for parking. Have to purchase breakfast. Nice people. Comfortable room and bed. Still quite nice.”

“Room was clean and the stay was quiet. The building is wel maintained. There is no continental breakfast which is inconvenient but there is a Starbucks available in the building. The central courtyard is very pretty.”

“Charming idea for a boutique hotel, but poor execution and not optimal location. Building used to be a nunnery and has a charming nun themed decoration. That’s the highlight. Check in was slow with only one couple in front of us. There computer system was down and they didn’t seem to have a back up plan. Charming cocktail bar with a fun selection of nun themed cocktails, however due to a poorly stocked bar, many of the options were not available. Only one bartender and no wait staff. Because...

“The room was as described all. Overall the place had a seedy vibe and that paired with a horrible smell and no warm water, we did not stay and booked elsewhere.”

“The rooms are always clean at this hotel and the staff is very welcoming and remembers who you are which is always a fun experience. I like the private parking access especially if you are there for car events and need a safe parking space! The pool area could use some updating but overall it was nice to stay, I will say the only thing is that the rooms do get a little muggy in the summer especially if you are placed in a hotel that is higher up!”

“You had to pay for any food at the grill bar restaurant even morning coffee 3.85 if you didn't like the coffee in your room beautiful place nice parking garages . They were very helpful. We had two Uber rides excellent. You do have to be on the actual Uber website tho.It would be nice to had a hot tub there but it was a very nice place to stay .”

“Clean hotel next to the airport. Big, quiet room. Hotel could use a larger snack/to go food section - after a very long travel day and getting in late at night, there was almost no selection of snacks to buy.”

“The room was spotless, the beds are comfortable, the staff was friendly, the food was wonderful. My only suggestion is giving more information up front about valet, shuttle services location for pickup at airport, and having an easier checkpoint to get valet car services for pickup upon return. I still have 5 stars because it is deserved.”
