“Photos looked nice...the reality was bare, basic and certainly not well looked after poor check-in, unclear policy about the pricing. Terrible cleaning, two days no cleaning done....even cups in our room left dirty, no coffee added to the room, we were presented with a cheap bottle of wine to compensate..I asked for coffee not wine!
