A great retreat

"My friend and I are 80 years old and we've been going on retreat for 40 years where we do art work, walk, and have fun. My biggest problem was the stairs and all the art material we brought. The back stairs worked better. The heating was old and was either off or on."

"Fantastic view of ocean from deck and family room. Huge windows. Large bedrooms, very spacious, parking available in garage and in front of home. Quick access to beach, however, home sits high on hill and many stairs to traverse to get to beach. But the views are spectacular with no obstructions. ..."
