“I booked this property through Expedia as I have booked through Expedia for 10 years. I paid through the app like I always do. Somehow when I got to this particular property the payment that I made on Expedia was just a “hold” and I needed to pay them directly. I have not yet received a refund and had to reach out to Expedia the next week. They are working to get this resolved so my issues it not with Expedia but instead this property.”

“We really love this hotel! Downtown Dallas, in an historic building, walking distance from all the most important monuments and museums. We really appreciated the room: quiet, comfortable, well equipped and clean. The hotel itself is a safe place, and the overall design is beautiful! “Very comfortable room with refrigerator, microwave, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner. It is within walking distance of Baylor hospital which is convenient for doctors visits and hospital stays. The breakfast buffet is fresh and has something for anyone. There is also a pool and weight room we didn’t use but they appear to be nice. They also host a wine happy hour. Though I wasn’t able to attend it appeared to be a nice, comfortable setting.”
