“My husband and I stayed in this home for our annual anniversary trip. We love hiking and brought our dog with us for some active relaxation. This home was one of the best we have stayed in. It had everything we needed, and was clean and comfortable. Conveniently located about 15 minutes from Front Royal where there was plenty to do; yet also steps away from a trail in the neighborhood, which intersects with the AT. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. ”

“Impressed by the thoughtfulness of the amenities.There was everything we needed. Not 1 trash bag, an entire box. Not 1 dish tab, an entire package. Shampoo/body wash in every bathroom. Fire wood under the deck. Salt & pepper in the pantry. Paper towels, ice in the freezer, ect. Ect. Best part, the linens! Clean, fresh, modern sheets/blankets. Everything was perfect and made for a peaceful stay while visiting family in the area. THANK YOU! ”

“I've stayed at quite a few rentals and hotels, and this is my favorite. It's definitely a bit off the grid, which makes it all the more private and charming. The views are breathtaking, and the layout of the house is perfect for a family...but it'd be lovely for a couple's or solo retreat, too! Our visit included three adults and two kids (10 and 12), but I appreciate that there are baby gates, a pack n play, and a high chair for guests with younger children. My kiddos especially loved the air...

“What a wonderful large house with lots of room for our yearly family gathering. The house was super clean. We enjoyed the large kitchen for meals and watching the wildlife from the kitchen table. Beautiful pool set up with lounge chairs, tables and chairs, umbrellas and pool floats plus ample pool towels. Check out was super easy and the host was very responsive. The house is well positioned for visits to wineries, breweries, hiking and more. All the family agreed it was the best week.”
