“Great staff, clean rooms and delightful breakfast. I'll be back!”

“First clue to leave should have been the broken AC in the lobby. The woman at the counter was nice enough, but was always hiding in one of the rooms to stay cool. The bed pillows were tiny and the size of a couch throw pillow. The entrance to the rear building had a broken door lock and the hall reeked of mold. The room was semi-clean but it was obvious water damage had been painted over. The TV had to be reset and couldn't access any of the streaming features, and there was no cable or live TV....

“Air conditioning was good. Our actual room was comfortable, but hallways are smelly and not very clean. Our room was 102 which was by the exit door that opened and slammed shut all night long so wasn’t very quiet or restful. It appears the hotel may participate in a housing assistance program as there were some long term residents and there was a man going through trash outside and taking food out which made me feel a little uneasy.”

“Blood stains on sheets and pillow Towels and pillows full of stains TOTALLY DISGUSTING! Website said room sleeps 5 but only had two double beds”

“Very nice, love the wood ceilings. Only complaint is that the walls are pretty thin and can hear conversations in attached rooms.”

“Staff was wonderful especially Kunal our check in agent. He went way out of his way to help us with a big smile continuously. The two women in the breakfast area also were so pleasant and kept making sure dishes were full. Bacon, sausage, great tasting eggs, waffles fruits everything anyone would want. Not a bag breakfast, much more. Beds were very comfortable. Room very clean. FREE Parking out front of hotel, Easy to find from exit off I-81”

“Clean room, breakfast was ok, staff is helpful,”

“Room and bathroom were dirty. Cobwebs and diet everywhere in the room. Toilet seat was broken and the toilet needed cleaning. Repairs made to the room were very badly done. Dog constantly barked. Room doors do not shut properly so they have to be slammed. Slamming was heard during the whole stay. Staff are friendly and Continental breakfast was appreciated.”

“I am not sure if they are under new management or something m but there was a lot going on that there was no help with. The pool was broken, the key cards weren’t working. The part that really got me was the room I booked had a pull out bed they had no pillows or bed sets for the pull out. When I went to the desk they were unable to give me any pillows or sheets or anything and said they just ordered them. They did give me a comforter used on a normal bed. The room itself wasn’t bad breakfast...

“Everything was great except for the fact the shower was terrible. It felt like it took me an hour just to rinse the sham out of my hair because the water was coming out in a slow trickle. It was so bad I thought I would have to just rinse my head under the sink!”

“We always stop here on our way to Massachusetts and are never disappointed. Roy checked us in again and he is Me. Personality. The room was excellent, bedding with Derrick, and shower hot. The entire property is pristine. My husband enjoyed the waffles for breakfast and I ate a bagel. I’m not much of a breakfast eater, but they had everything most folks could want.”
