“In terms of the condition of the property overall and my room, this HIE measured up to typical good HEI standards. However, internet didn't work -- and when I called front desk about it, they blamed it on an alleged firewall I may have and wanted me to call -- on a Saturday night -- some tech support guy. Ridiculous -- internet should be flawless. Also, I was happy there was a Keurig in my room, but it didn't work either. ”

“The room was clean, including the beds, sheets, side table, writing table and TV area and the floor. The decor was colorful! The breakfast is basically cereal with milk. Would stay here again. The area around this place is complete blah, but wasn't anything we cared about.”

“They need to open the pool and update a little, otherwise it is nic”

“This hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was large and had a separate living room with a pull out couch. I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff. The pet fee for one night was the lowest I have ever seen in my travels. A great value. ”

“Breakfast was weak and something I wouldn’t serve my dog. Requested late checkout, confirmed twice and then was told had to pay late checkout fee. Rooms were smelly and had a must like humidity, AC was broken, even set at 60 degrees, I was sweating in my sleep. ”

“We had a wonderful stay, and the front desk staff was very helpful.”

“The breakfast was good. The pool was freezing cold the first night. Warmer the second night and the hot tub was empty with police tape around it both nights. Unsafe for small children. The back door that we used to access our room did not shut properly. Anyone off the street could enter the building day or night. The room itself was nice and clean. ”

“Room smelled as if it had been a smoking room for decades. The mini fridge and microwave did not work. Overall the rest of the room was as clean as expected for a low cost motel. ”

“I have always stayed here, because of friendliness, clean, professional, helpful staff. My only sadness is the mattresses were change.”
