“Had as problem with gaining access to the property as the reception was not open in spite of check-in supposedly by open from 2-10pm. A message had been sent to my phone but I was unable to access it. Eventually, we found out that the reception at Mariner's Cove was dealing with Captain's Cove: not ideal and very frustrating. A simple note on the reception door sayi8ng go to Mariners Cove would have made the experience much more eniybale. ”
