“No lift. But the lady at the front desk with dark hair and bangs was absolutely delightful. As a woman traveling alone she made sure to let me know if I needed anything to reach out, didn’t say my room number out loud in case someone could over hear, and made sure to put me on second level. ”

“Well from the welcome to the last minute we could not fault this place. Location fantastic with great views of the River Dee. All the staff weee super friendly even the manager/owner! We checked in slightly early at 13:30pm, had a couple of drinks in the bar to then later on having evening meal all fab. Plenty of choice on the menu and delicious.. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The shower super powerful. Sockets either side of the bed as well. The breakfast was really good...

“The property was just as promised, check-in smooth, location excellent. Strangely the unit only had cutlery and place settings for 3 people even though the listing says it sleeps up to four. Both the dishwasher and washing machine were extremely loud and took ages. As long as we started them before we left it was fine. ”

“Bed was comfortable but pillows not so good. Plenty of parking options nearby cost circa £17.50 overnight. Don't forget the visitor tax of £2.40 either. Bar food and service good and pricing as expected. ”

“Perfect location for the arena. Rooms airy & tidy. Shower really good. Bed comfy, only thing letting it down is the breakfast. Not much choice & lightly done sausages & bacon. The drinks machine is extremely slow too. Apart from that all good.”
