Hotel vicino a Arrowe Park Golf Club - Liverpool

“Quick turnaround from being the premier inn and apart from the reception area, everything was the same and the need for freshening everything up is stronger than ever. Even had premier inn room cards still in use. For these reasons I felt it too pricey for what you get and would expect more. Not sure on their pricing too as I believe I paid about £15 more but did get a “free breakfast””

“Pros: lovely breakfast, nice aspect to the room and comfortable bed. Staff are delightful Cons: bathroom is a little tired - mildew and taps not fully working - but workable. ”

“Short walk(10min) to the docks and easy access to the city centre. Good restaurants nearby Lack of lift so if you have big luggages, it would be a challenge to carry up a few flight of stairs. Room I was staying was at the top floor and unfortunately, it was the heat wave. I didn’t realise there was no air conditioning although fan provided didn’t help. I couldn’t change the room either. So that 2 nights stay wasn’t very pleasant. As this was a work trip, I think having a desk would be...

“Parking wasn’t included so I had to pay £50 just for parking on top of the booking for hotel and in the morning 8 am there was a fire alarm was going on two days in raw and room service keep trying to come in when the sign is outside it was just not the experience that I was expecting”

“Panoramic roof bar bonus with view of city and river. Our room was river view which was good. A varied breakfast catering for everyone, and the cooked breakfast was hot!”

“We were unable to sleep in the room due to the fact it was too hot and had no air con, so we had to leave. If a hotel does not have air con it needs to be made clearer when making the booking, especially y in the summer time.”

“A lovely twin room with excellent views of the Mersey and Liver Building. Hotel parking was a bonus. All staff were very friendly and helpful. A lovely few nights in Liverpool.”
