“Absolutely fabulous, receptionist lovely, cleaners lovely, room was spotless, bed comfy, fast WiFi, nothing to dislike, we are in our 70's and stayed 6 nights, we had 4 previous nights in Travelodge but wished we had stayed the 10 nights there, cannot wait to return, we would highly recommend people to stay there, the lovely girl on reception even took our cases to the room, James in the bar where we signed in was a great guy, loved a bit of banter, thankyou everyone there for such a wonderful...

“Staff really friendly, welcoming and attentive, breakfast was lovely - fab location; pool and spa a nice touch; we did have an AC issue and the room we were in was really noisy, but staff were fantastic and they upgraded us for our 2nd night. Overall had a fantastic stay, highly recommend and would return ”

“Excellent location on the dock with only 6 or 7 minute walk to Liverpool One. Simple check In and check out process and the apartment is lovely. Really comfortable beds and a fan in hand in this warm weather was very welcome. Cleanliness only got 4 out of 5 as the beds and sofas had crumbs and but under them so they hadn’t been hoovered under. ”
