“Hearty breakfast served daily. Liked having our own kitchenette to cook meals...basic but all you need! Staff delightful and friendly, we were checked in early which was a great help. Would recommend. Entrance was initially a bit hard to find. Location great...lovely and quiet. Close walking distance into city and train. Close to a great bakery too !!(Rough Handmade)”

“Kitchen was well equipped, fridge freezer, 5 ringed hob, microwave, wine cooler, kettle, sachets of milk coffee & a couple of teabags. All crockery cups plates supplied, plus’s knifes & forks. All utensils plus pans. ”

“Rooms where clean and staff was very friendly with a great location. A little difficult to reach staff before check-in time (11am), but this doesn't take away from the overall experience significantly in my opinion.”

“Great location right in the heart of Liverpool, Perfect for two families with one kid or two couples. Very clean, comfortable and secure. Also comes with a lift to the ground floor which the elder members of my family found very useful. Great communication with host. Very easy forms to complete, entry information delivered in plenty of time. I'd definitely use EPIC and the apartment again.”

“Good size apartment and very clean - beds very comfy and lovely big fluffy bath towels. Decor is very basic and the rooms are missing soft furnishings or something to soften them as feel very bare and a bit soulless. Excellent location but we were on top floor and no lift it was very difficult with cases etc. Very noisy first thing with the bins and beer deliveries but to be expected when in a highly populated hospitality area. Well worth the money though.”
