Hotel vicino a Wirral Tramway and Transport Museum - Liverpool

“Fabulous place, very central Chose to pay at property. Called and emailed property on multiple occasions to confirm 'pay at property' because we were arriving at 8pm Each time confimed yes pay at property, someone will be on reception Took money off credit card before we arrived at 10am on check in day Company said it was because a card was on hotels.com account but you cant book without a card being stored Lots of faffing for my friends and me sorting payment out after repeatedly asking...

“Room was great, check in was slick, bar was nice (but closes quite early - 2330 does seem a bit early for residents). Breakfast a bit disappointing for those of us that don’t eat red meat. If you don’t want eggs you’re in for pancakes or continental. I don’t understand the lack of veggie or turkey bacon (I appreciate that’s just me - but vegetable sausages cause just the most insane reflux!)”

“L’appartamento era sporco e pieno di polvere. La doccetta non funzionava, l’interno della tazza del wc era sporca. Nessuna comunicazione alla reception nel momento del check-in sul cambio biancheria e pulizie. Ottima solo la posizione, il resto un flop! Non si può classificare 4 stelle”

“Unique property in a central location where most of Liverpool City Centre can be accessed by walking-Caveen Club, Albert Dock etc. Plenty of space in duplex. On street parking available, but just round corner 24 hour parking for £6.95 via NCP.”
