“Excellent services ”

“Camera e letto grandi. E' praticamente in un'area di servizio quindi comodo per arrivare e andare su autostrada e aeroporto ( e non troppo lontano da chester). Aria condizionata un po troppo sparata. Pulizua bagno migliorabile. Complessivamente buono e sncora abbastanza nuovo ma prezzo un po troppo alto.”

“It was rather too warm in my room, I did mention this to the reception , but only on check out. I did not use the Bar as I was Going into town. ”

“Tutto sommato un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, comodo per spostamenti nella zona, diversi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Camera confortevole e dalle giuste dimensioni, bagno ben rifinito, staff preparato e cortese. Se dovessi tornare nella zona, probabilmente tornerei ad alloggiare qui, consigliato.”

“We had a lovely stay, even with storm Dave! Room 2 over looking the Dee. Staff were friendly breakfast was a good choice and freshly cooked. Bed was comfy and shower powerful Would stay again”

“Camera e baglio ampissimi e comodi, con letto enorme e doccia extra large. Struttura nuova e molto pulita. Area industruiale non affascinante, ma silenziosa e adatta a pernottamenti per viaggi di lavoro. Disponibilità di parcheggio. Colazione nella norma. Buona ricezione WIFI.”

“Rooms clean, gym had everything for a usual gym goer, food was really good, but pricy but you get what you pay for. Staff were polite, weren’t always present at the bar or on reception but when they were there they really friendly. Rooms weren’t very soundproof but didn’t matter too much. Jacuzzi was really nice. Overall, would reccomend and visit again. ”

“Excelled as always. Everything about Crabwall Manor is the best. Fantastic grounds, stunning rooms and attentive staff from the reception to the bar staff to housekeeping. Warm welcome on checking in at reception, passed the keys to room 47 and although it doesn’t really have a ‘view’ the enclosed courtyard was nicely presented. The room was vast with enough space to provide the 2 high back chairs without feeling crowded. Bathroom was huge……(only wish was it had a freestanding bath!!!!) and...

“Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 15 gg e non posso che consigliarlo. Camera confortevoli alti standard tecnologici e pulizia. Ristorante molto buono e cibo di qualità. Ambiente molto caratteristico e da provare”

“Good breakfast. Some of the soft furnishings in bedroom starting to look aged and a bit shabby. Cobweb on ceiling window and thick dust on curtain pelmet. One of the befs was broken on one side”

“We have stayed here before and it was perfect. Unfortunately this time round it wasn't. The room was cold. We put the heating on which was switched off at some point during the night. Leading to me having excruciating pain. Then there was a huge amount of noise through the night above and at the side of us. I think we were place next to staff quarters or where they do work in the hotel. Didn't sleep at all and it was frustrating. But the Spa was amazing and Anastasia was brilliant.”
