“This is not a Hotel, this is basically an AirB&B with escalated prices for a room with shared bathroom and shared also with owner. The owner was nice enough but we paid £97 for night (not worth it) compared to £65 at Ibis hotel in Liverpool (Albert Docks) - air conditioning, own bathroom and much more comfort. This ‘Hotels.com’ need to vet what people are offering. I am actually quite offended by what I was offered and will now use other sites to book ACTUAL hotels! ”

“It was quite good value overall. Some of the flooring near the kitchen area was a bit worn and I wasn’t certain that the heating would have worked if we had needed it. One wall heater needed refixing to the wall and the riser for the shower head needs securing or replacing. Very close to train station which was good. ”

"Nonostante la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff la camera che ci è stata assegnata aveva problemi allo scarico del wc ed il tappo della doccia ha bloccato lo scarico dell’acqua. Malgrado la segnalazione e l’intervento dei ragazzi i problemi sono rimasti. Fortunatamente abbiamo dormito una notte soltanto. L’albergo merita molto. Bello l’arredamento, pulito. A 15min dalla stazione ed in centro. Dovrebbero concentrarsi un po’ più sulla manutenzione. Comunque lo consiglio, magari il problema è stato solo sulla nostra camera. "

Mia moglie aveva altra stanza: consegnate le chiavi ha trovato la stanza sporca e non preparata (biancheria letto del cliente precedente). Le hanno cambiato la stanza (ore 21.30) e ha trovato stanza fredda (la finestra era aperta). La prima colazione si può migliorare: il succo d’arancia e’ terribile."
"L'albergo molto bello ma il fatto che abbia la Spa all'interno che si paghi a parte e solo con prenotazione non mi è piaciuto. Un servizio dell'albergo credo che debba essere compreso nell'acquisto del soggiorno e non a parte.
La camera, bella, spaziosa, ma in alcuni punti mancavano pezzi di moquette, non c'era una presa dove attaccare il phon in bagno.
Inoltre l'hotel ha una parte esterna che affaccia sul canale dove sedersi, ma che la sera non è possibile andare per esempio a fumare e bisogna andare nel parcheggio.
La struttura è molto bella ma per essere un 4 stelle mi aspettavo più accuratezza.

"We, me and my wife, stay here for a weekend. The Place is in the centre of the city at 10 minute foot walk , from almost everywhere. They have a warm hall when you can relax with a good drink or tea . A very nice place. "
