“Viktor was welcoming & so very helpful. The location is walking distance to everything fun, like the World of Glass Museum & the Transportation museum. And not far from lovely strolls along the canal. Stellar place to stay. The room had a microwave, an electric kettle and a clothes stand to hang my clothes. Also one large chest of drawers as well as a small chest of drawers and a lovely mirror. Well recommended!”

“Really nice greeting when we arrived, communication was great, as we were arriving later on in the evening. Room was clean and very quiet, so got a good nights sleep. Breakfast was continental and covered all the bases.”

“Nice hotel in a convenient location. Though on returning in the evening there was thumping music from a bar opposite our room. Calling reception they advised that this would likely continue til approx. 4am. The hotel relocated us to a different room where we were unaffected by the music but it is disappointing that the staff are fully aware this will happen and that the room be given to a guest when others unaffected by the noise are available. That said the staff were very helpful in relocating...
