“the desk clerk is not very knowledgable. He needs to be trained in front desk management. When trying to check in we were told that the gas and hot water just got fixed and if we wanted to we could wait 2 hours for him to clean a room. Then he said if you want to cancel your reservation to write your info down and he would then send it along with many other cancellations to his boss in India. No manager/management on site. And that we made him very happy to not have to clean a room. We asked...
