This spacious 4-bedroom duplex apartment hosts a wide terrace and a breathtaking view of the historic side of Lisbon. It is located in front of the Martim Moniz Square and is also a quick walk away from downtown Baixa!

The duplex penthouse comprises:
- A spacious and beautifully decorated living/dining room with modern décor;
- 4 lovely bedrooms: two with queen-sized beds and two with twin beds (single bed with drawer that opens to another bed). All rooms come with comfortable sets of bed linens.
- Three bathrooms and a toilet that comes with toiletries, towels, and toilet paper; The toiletries are all provided by the luxurious international brand "Damana" and are made of all-natural ingredients.
- A large terrace where you can enjoy an amazing view of Lisbon night; and a delicious breakfast with your family and friends in the morning!
- Two parking spots are also available for your convenience!

Great location, close to restaurants, caffès, transportation, grocery stores, and everything else we needed.Apartment is clean, views are fantastic, and spacious.Respond from host was good and fast.Diffinatly would rent same place next time I visit Lisbon.Only thing is I wish they have supplies included such as washer soup, cleaning supplies in general.

Lovely property, management team was so-so

The apartment is lovely - the view is as-advertised, everything was clean and the location is great (conveniently located near the train station and next to a coffee shop and grocery store). That said, the property manager (LovelyStay) is not very responsive and we had to write multiple times to coordinate check-in. They also never provided the high-chair we requested for our son. We also thought that for paying over 1,300 euros/night, the apartment was missing basic necessities such as soap in the bathrooms, tupperware in the kitchen. Many of the other places we stayed at in this price range (or lower) provided many more of these niceties that we think the property manager should consider adding. We also think the Property manager should consider not advertising on VRBO if they don't check it enough to respond with any frequency. We were concerned that even up to 2 days before check-in, they weren't responding to our requests (especially when they do make a big deal of being available "24/7"). I did call and speak to someone on the phone eventually and they were professional and polite - but again, while they provided the crib, they still forgot the high-chair.

Fabulous penthouse

Everything was great about the apartment. Check in needs to be worked on. We got dropped off at the address and told to meet at the Nata Fina cafe. You need to carry your luggage down at least 50 stairs to get to the Cafe. The apartment is beautiful but the entrance is a parking garage adjacent to the Cafe. Hopefully future instructions will suggest to ignore the building address

Beautiful Roof Deck!

This was a great property. The location was excellent. We could walk everywhere around Lisbon from there. The large roof deck gave views of the entire city. It was a great place to hang out at the end of the day. It was clean and very nicely designed. Would definitely rent it again.

Fantastic VRBO. This is the best VRBO in which we have ever stayed.

The unit was immaculate in every respect. Perfectly clean and tidy. Very comfortable beds as well. The highlight of the stay was the fantastic view of the Lisbon Castle from the massive rooftop deck. There was a fifteen minute delay checking in as we waited on the street for someone to meet us with the keys. Aside from that slight inconvenience we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Lisbon or a more convenient location close to the metro and tram stop. Communication with the staff was excellent and they always promptly responded to our inquiries.

Fantastic Lisbon Apartment

The apartment was beautiful. Fresh and clean, very nicely furnished and the location was great. The apartment manager was very responsive and helpful. But best of all, the outdoor terrace was fantastic, with beautiful views over the fort and old Lisbon.

Beautiful Place Beautiful views

Apt was beautiful, clean and situated in a great location. The rooftop patio had spectacular view of the old city. Really a delight. Only issue is initial check in location address not in my opinion useful. I would use the wonderful pastry shop next door as the address for directions for google maps or waze and meet the property management there to get keys and let you in. We told friends who visited us to use the Pastry shop address and none of them had any issues. But that is a minor issue, place was great and would rent again.
