“Me and my husband had a 2 night 3 day stay
We had no maid service no room cleaning was done they supplied us with 2 additional towels
The air conditioning unit was broken in room 114 and the floor by the window was saturated wet I use two towels and a plastic bag to help be able to get into the closet near the saturated floor from the air conditioning unit it was reported we were never offered a different room, and the problem was never addressed or repaired”
