“Rated 4 stars based on the following: The room, we had a swim out suite, is definitely 5 star as is the resort staff. The gym and hydrotherapy were also 5 star. My wife had a 3 star experience at the spa - mine was 4 star. Where things broke down was in the food department and the party culture. The food was 3 stars at best, staff is amazing and attentive, but the food just was not that good. “The property was empty. No other guests. We left snorkel gear by the pool, and it was stolen. The receptionist made no attempt to even ask anyone about it when we told her. Service is non-existent. No paper in the washrooms. No one cleans dirty dishes by the pool. Host in the restaurant lying down while talking to guests, no attempt at any service. The food was good (after having to wait for an hour). Reception closes at certain hours without any warning (where the pool towels are). ...

“Property was clean and staff was very attentive . There was obviously damage from hurricane, but resort was trying it's best to rebuild. Pool area was immaculate! Buffet times were great, but alot of the same items everyday. El Dorado steaks were amazing!”

“This bed and breakfast is top tier! The service was outstanding, and the ingredients were fresh and natural. Every morning, a chef prepared authentic Jamaican dishes, which made me feel truly immersed in the culture. The rooms were clean, and I was grateful to receive an upgrade to a larger room with a balcony.
