“The reason why they lost a star is because of 1 staff member. She told us our room was not ready and she will call us when it was ready. So we went for a walk. But the call never came. Our room was ready & we did not know till after we tried to check in again. Otherwise the restaurant (food & staff), the pool & other amenities were excellent. Everything i would expect from the Crowne.”

“Recommend the secure parking , pay the extra and have that peace of mind that your vehicle is locked at night onsite. Friendly staff always so welcoming. Studio was well appointed and tidy but did not have a window to the outside which felt a little closed in. Always happy to stay there, thankyou for another lovely stay.”

“We were told through the Expedia app we would get 10% off - no where to enter the code! We were then quoted $30 per room for breakfast when we arrived and was charged $42 per head then had to argue that we were quoted $30 per room. They did drop it to $30 per head. Because of reservations we then had to pay $50 for valet parking!! Became an expensive night!!! ”
