“Clean room and very nice. This is my second time and I really enjoyed my stay”

“After checking in, I was charged two additional charges for no apparent reason. I called the front desk to ask why, but I received no reasonable explanation, and they simply told me that I had to pay the amount. It was ridiculously expensive.”

“There were no washcloths provided. Only hand towels and regular towels. So I had to shower with a hand towel. The thing that really made me upset was that I spent over $500 on this room and there was extremely loud club music and DJ yelling into a microphone going on outside until 4am and the windows were not sound proof what so ever. I couldn’t fall asleep until that was over which was ridiculous.”

“Upon arrival, I would have given 5 stars, because what’s not to love about being right on the beach! Well, what’s not to love is a noisy AC unit that wakes you up from a dead sleep when it turns back on in the middle of the night. That, and the lights were kept on outside the room all night which the curtains do not block out entirely. One final note - there were lots of noisy car races throughout the night, which, if the AC unit had the ability to stay running without going into energy-saving...

“The rooms where disgusting the shower was disgusting tub same thing disgusting towels were black-and-blue. It took about 20 minutes for the hot water to come on. The owner was an ass hole. The floors were very sticky and dirty, and a lot of mosquitoes. And spiders and the AC was broke.”

“Prezzi carissimi, struttura in stile retrò ma più che retrò è proprio scaduta, marcia, andata! Piscina putrida (prob non la puliscono dagli anni ‘60). Bagno della stanza piccolissimo. Pulizia della stanza non fatta, abbiam dovuto chiamare in reception per richiederla. Phon in stanza non presente. Meta da evitare. ”
