“Beautiful, well-appointed suites. Everything was spotless. Traveled with 3 children and it was comfortable for everyone. Breakfast was good and the area was well kept and supplied. Friendly staff.”

“I stayed here for one night and when I decided I needed another night for the way home I stayed again. People who give this place poor reviews are being ridiculous- realistically what can you expect for 60 bucks a night? An extremely clean room and very comfy beds, cold AC with no funny smells should be highly appreciated and well reviewed. I would stay here again when visiting Slidell for a short time!”

“Was an overnight stay but very good experience”

“Coffee maker didn’t work, phone didn’t work, breakfast food was poor, stuck in elevator when I was checking out, no clean sheets second day. Check in my wife and I only towel, wash cloth, hand towel for one. No mat for floor when you get out of shower. Second day no clean sheets and no clean towels and etc. At check in no instructions on how to get on WIFI like password. Overall poor experience.”

“Called ahead to make sure we received rooms with the amenities needed for our Scout trip but when we arrived we were given 3 rooms out of the 4 that did not have kitchenettes. Staff was a bit rude when we brought this up and said they had people living there and they couldn't accommodate us even though we booked the rooms almost 8 months in advance. One room we were initially given was not clean and looked as if they had someone still staying there. We also had issues getting fresh towels and...

“The outside looks great and I assume had a fairly recent renovation. Thats where the positives end. When looking for a hotel, I want 3 main things - easy access, a clean room/fresh linens, and ample towels. 1. The elevator was broken. Not a huge deal until the second elevator also started to act up. At first the remote/tv in the bedroom would not work. Eventually figured out it was unplugged. Total waste of time because then the streaming continued to buffer/didn't work so the tv was pointless....

“Everyone was very nice at the hotel but in particular the sweet lady at the continental breakfast was super super nice, just went Farr and beyond her duties, my wife and I were very impressed by her, definitely recommend this hotel to anyone”
