“Nothing was as shown or described. There was no TV to watch . There was a small flat screen TV that sat on a small coffee table, unplugged, with no where to plug it in. “We booked a room when visiting Owego during the Big Boy Locomotive tour. The staff was super friendly and the motel was very close to the train track.”

“They have no one available to speak to who can give a refund if one has to cancel or even wants to ask about it. Both I and Expedia tried to reach someone but they have no one who responds. Lost two nights stay when at least they should have refunded the second night when I had to cancel due to medical illness. Oh well, they will never see my business again.”
