“To begin, upon checking in, the staff was very polite and helpful. The parking is easy access and free. Upon entering the room, it smells clean. Love the flooring. The bathrooms are clean. The towels are clean and fresh and the bedding is excellent. The decor is also very modern and up-to-date. This is our go to Hotel every time we come to Reno. “That is a good place for travelling. Hotel is new, room is clean, price is good if you book early. Only one minus point is a noise on the upstair, sometimes it is hard to sleep well.”

“My experience was good, the room was fairly clean there was some dusty areas along with some hair and debri in the bathroom. Staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing. There was no scrambled eggs or milk. Those are basic breakfast items. The orange juice machine was out of order. The fruit seemed old (apples,oranges), the only fresh fruit was the cantaloupe. “This hotel is a mess. I do not know how expedia is even hosting this place. We rented 4 rooms, out of which one room power was totally out. The only staff working at that time couldn’t help us at all. We had to reshuffle with the remaining 3 rooms. All the other rooms had there AC not working. In fact the staff said all the room was having AC issue. There was a free breakfast but the refill was slow and the menu is poor. Overall this place is probably the worst experience I have ever had.”
