“Clean room”

“The size of our unit was perfect for our family and very nicely decorated; the food at Osteria Sierra (in main hotel) was great; the whole property (hotel included) is amazing and Incline Village is a quiet small town on the nothern part of Lake Tahoe. The only downfall is that we stayed for a weekend and we didn’t get fresh towels after the first night. ”

“Staff very friendly. Room was so nice and loved the amenities. Family friendly and very close to many outdoor activities and places we wanted to see. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Breakfast was not good. We don’t expect a lot from hotel breakfast but this was barely edible. And the coffee, no exaggeration, worst I’ve ever had. Other than the breakfast, we had a great stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful. ”

“The place is clean and has everything. Maintenance was ready to come fix any problem like the shower head and the internet that we faced. I loved the two bed villa, It was spacious and perfect for my family!”

“Check in was easy, even though it was virtual check in with no front desk, communication with the hotel was good with detailed instructions and they replied all my questions very fast. The room was nice with a nice view of the lake. Good location close to restaurants, Safeway and the North Tahoe regional park. Would definitely come again!”
