Hotel vicino a Galena Creek Park - Reno

“Check in desk was friendly and helpful. I was initially checked in by Maayra and she made it easy to get settled in. Rooms were clean and had a nice layout. Loved the breakfast each day. Plenty of space in common areas if you're staying with a large group. Location is convienent with Walmart, restaurants and a casino close by. ”

“The place was very nice ! The Italian restaurant was fabulous so delicious . Every thing was good with exception of a few guess unfortunately in my he north wing you could hear guess from one room to another so sadly a couple of nights where interrupted with load neighbors! And then some courteous enough to bring a dog that was barking non stop from 1:30 - 2:30 in the morning ! But it's would definitely stay again in the main part of the hotel”

“This hotel was excellent as the room was very nice and clean. Customer service is superb and I highly recommend staying at Atlantis when coming to Reno. No complaints on my end!”

“Hotel was perfect for what we needed. I would say the only complaint I would have is the door/window wasn't very sound proof and people where loud when walking through the halls. Two chicks dinner that is attached was so cute and delicious some of the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had!”

“Toilet needs to be updated. It was the old model that is very low. It makes it difficult for any person to get up without holding on to something for assistance. Toilet lid kept flopping down on you during use. Fixtures were also outdated in the bathroom. Also, the room needs more lighting imn most areas.”

“Parking has no security and had homeless people walking up to all the cars. ”

“The hot tub is closed down for a year with no warning on Expedia. The rooms heater/air conditioners stink. We had to switch rooms after check in as it smelled so bad. The bedding is old and the pillows were not supportive. Not worth the price. ”

“The worst experience ever!!!! Will never stay here again. In fact we had to check out of the room early and lose our money because we can’t even sleep at all. There’s some kind of violence going on next door and the people were screaming and yelling and slamming door until 5:30am. You can hear the phone ring in the next room and the whole conversation. When we opened the patio door and there are homeless people walking around. It’s kind of scary to stay there. Stay away.”

“Staff at frontdesk (young guy) was very rude and not professional, argue with guests. They didn't provide the room that we booked, give room that is less in value. Pool and breakfast not provided during our stay but no notification before and no refund. Terrible experience.”

“Nicely renovated hotel that accommodates dogs, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are cute, but very small. Shower has glass walls so your partner can watch you I guess. Loud AC, but is better than no AC. Only has a tea kettle and instant coffee in the room, but it was good. ”

“The condition of the property is ok; most are still working but the upkeep for some is almost lacking. In the kitchen, some of the cookwares, dining wares and silverware should have been replaced; we asked the front desk for replacements but the promises were never kept; we ended up walking to Marshall’s to get what we needed. We ran out of coffee in the room and asked for replenishment but they were completely out in the front desk in many occasions when we asked. This facility seemed to be...
