“Overall, we had an okay stay. The service was good and the staff were friendly, but there were definitely a few things that could be improved. Our room wasn’t completely clean when we arrived, which was disappointing. The biggest issue was the building we stayed in. The keypad used to get into the building wasn’t working properly, and the shower for rinsing off after coming in from the beach also wasn’t working. “Me and the family needed this restart and refresh. This place is centrally located to everything. The lazy river was closed but the other pools were open. (Someone took my Birkenstock sandals from the pool area) I am still in shock because they were right beside my chair and I never left the area.. so disappointing, but I guess they needed them more than me. Overall met lots of friendly people and enjoyed our stay. Easy parking, clean fully stocked room and beautiful sunrise from beach view.”

“I didn’t like we had 3 kids and got a room with a shower and not a tub, but they eventually moved us 3 days after our stay. Also watch your stuff at the pool cause it will get stolen if you’re not watching it. Our kids brand new crocs were stolen. Location was great tho!!!”

Started off bad when we checked in the lady in the front desk gave us all the information about the room but completely forgot to give us our room keys, so we get to our room keyless then we wasted our 35 mine in line. “The property had great views of the ocean, beautiful sand, and quiet. Unfortunately, the condo was dirty. There was dirt on the floors dust on the fans stains on the counter spilt drinks on the wall not wiped down. Windows were not clean just very dirty. Then we did an early check-in when we got there at 2 o’clock, so we would be called was never called. Went there at 3:50 before four and they said it’s four and after to check-in waited till about 5:50 nobody called we call them and they said oh...
