Hotel a Little Rock

“The AmericInn in Sibley, Iowa was the cleanest, most comfortable stay that we have had in Iowa yet. The room was cozy and well maintained and the best part was that it was quiet. No loud, annoying guests who can’t respect others rest time. We will definitely stay there again in the future. The manager/owner and her husband were very friendly and helpful.”

The space was there for breakfast but nothing. and when they asked at the front, she was not the kindest to them. The sheets were dirty. They slept on top of the sheets and comforters because of this and fear of bedbugs. They parked the truck near the window out of fear of a break in. I would not recommend this hotel. “The lady who checked us in initially was nice. But after we checked in and went to the rooms we discovered that the rooms were moldy in and around the windows, and even the box springs for the beds, the mattresses were stained. The bedding had cigarette burns throughout, the bathroom was filthy, and there were burnt wall sockets. We decided we couldn’t stay because of the health hazards so we tried to talk to Staff, but no one was available at the front desk for over an hour. We walked around...

“Greeted by very pleasant staff & throughout our stay every employee was friendly! Our room was very clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The breakfast was fantastic. Real oatmeal, not the instant in packs. Omelettes, sausage, biscuits & gravy. And the best cinnamon rolls I have ever had, they were hot & gooey! The pool was wonderful, also! Great stay, I will definitely stay again!”

“No hotel sign on property, appears to need maintenance, hot water dor showed was luke warm, faucet pulled away from wall, outside entrance was cluttered. No breakfast area that we could tell, However, the one staff member on site at checkin and checkout was very Nice. And the bar next door was great!”
