“the room was clean and the location was excellent”

“The one complaint that I have is that there was no daily servicing by housekeeping. Within a four night stay the trash was removed once and the bath linen was replaced once. The beds were never made. There was no door hanger to request service. This seems like such a basic service that a guest should not have to request. Our days were very long, returning quite late. The last thing I wanted to do was to stall going to bed while awaiting service when housekeeping is no longer available. ”

“I saw a lot of ppl calling to complain about the $250 credit hold. I’m not gonna lie and say when I saw they held this much per stay that I was honestly ready to cancel my reservation because I never stayed somewhere that held that much and ppl seemed to be waiting a long time to get it back but mine came back quickly and I enjoyed my nightly stay! Comfortable ”

“Hotel fuori Washington, ma comodo per raggiungere la città in auto, posizionato vicino a negozi e ristoranti. Camera comoda e spaziosa. Colazione da migliorare, aggiungendo frutta fresca e yougurt”

“Property is in a great location, near many restaurants and close to DC. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Housekeeping was done everyday and we stayed for 4 days, Morning Buffett breakfast is great as well.”

“This is a bare bones type of hotel. The front desk man the night we checked in was just rude. The morning shift man was better the first day. The second morning he couldn’t be bothered to get off his cell phone when we were checking out. He just kept talking on his phone. The beds were not comfortable. This place is just very basic with no frills. Not dirty just not invested in to make it nicer. The breakfast was one of the worst. There were waffles, eggs from a bag, plain bread, 2 choices of...

“La finestra è finta, non si apre, quindi non si cambia l aria e sei costretto a sentire il rumore del motore del condizionatore tutta la notte e soprattutto non si puo' cambiare l 'aria. Per me gravissimo. In America usano fare così e in tutti gli alberghi dove sono stato era così. Non vedi l' ora di scappare dalla camera. Il personale è solo nero o latino, quindi tutti molto gentili ed educati. ”

“Nice and very clean room. Beds and pillows so comfortable. Hotel Shuttle bus take you to metro station, which is only 25 minutes from downtown Washington. Great breakfast.”
