“Booked "dog-friendly room" (it's handy to have that description in the room information when booking as otherwise I'd ring the hotel before booking to check if dogs are ok in room we're booking, so thanks for that). Note that £30pn is charged on top of room rate for a dog. It was a premium room, so had a lounge area with tv (Disney etc) & separate bedroom area. All very clean and comfy. Keiran was very welcoming on reception and offered to book us in for breakfast. We arrived late and no food...

He had problems logging into his system, but all he could tell us was "I cant help you". We had issues with check ins, the room smelled smoky and air ventilation system was broken. “On arrival I was greeted by the owner who kindly took my suitcase to my room on the upper floor. My room was very clean and tidy with everything I needed. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room with ample supplies. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was lovely and hot. Breakfast was superb and hot, served in a lovely bright and spacious room, overlooking a pretty little garden at one end. I have already booked another stay. Would definitely recommend this property.
