“The location is very good, close to everything and within walking distance of the main attractions, the train station, the port, downtown, and several restaurants. Unfortunately, the apartment itself had several issues. There was a very strong unpleasant smell in the hallway and staircase leading to the apartment, and the smell also came into the kitchen. “It was perfect for what we were after. A night in Southampton before getting an early ferry. Location for that. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Really helped make the stay. Only thing we would change would be a fan in the room, as widows didn't open much to get air flow. That said it was one of the hottest nights of the year. ”

“Walkable for us to many attractions although it would have been nice if some tourist information was included by the host. This could be provided from the Tourist Info booths.
