“Poor maintenance , yard unmaintained , mix of rotten fruits and other trash welcomes guests upon reaching gate . Front gate doesn’t latch and people can just go around the back and enter the property . Unused furnitures and junks piled up inside property from the front door , laundry room piled up with used comforters . Our room drawers still has items from previous occupants , presence of large amount of orangey powder inside drawers , free- standing cabinet not a single hanger , only 1 towel...
