“Breakfast, for a continental breakfast was very good. Room was clean. This is clearly the budget hotel for Hilton, where we are Hilton Honors, but for the price it was very nice.”

“In terms of the condition of the property overall and my room, this HIE measured up to typical good HEI standards. However, internet didn't work -- and when I called front desk about it, they blamed it on an alleged firewall I may have and wanted me to call -- on a Saturday night -- some tech support guy. Ridiculous -- internet should be flawless. Also, I was happy there was a Keurig in my room, but it didn't work either. ”

“The lady who helped us check in was phenomenal! Super sweet, and when I asked her for help with our air conditioning, we discovered it wasn’t working properly and she immediately offered to upgrade our room. 10/10 customer service from everyone here. ”

“Breakfast was good. The staff member that was working at the check in desk on Sunday evening 3/29/26 was very nice & helpful. The housekeepers and the ones setting up the breakfast greeted us and was very nice as well. ”

“My granddaughter and I loved our stay. We love the sitting room so we could just relax prior to going to bed. Great place for a vacation close to the mall and other attractions for kids. I would recommend to my friends and family.”

“The breakfast was great. The rooms were great. The pool is filthy! A layer of oil on it. Bugs and hair everywhere, and its cold! There is no restaurant in it so you either go to a diferent hotel or a 15min drive to the mall and restraunts.”

“Be careful when booking, I paid a lot of money for a King studio suite and ended up in a standard room. I was not refunded the difference in price for tune room or compensated in any way. A complete rip off. ”

“I found a bottle of vodka under the mattress. My pillow case had makeup on it. I found a French fry when I pulled out the couch bed. A safety pin under my bedside nightstand.”

“Staff was great. Bed was a little hard but decent. Breakfast had good options and was spacious. Pool is being repaired but didn't affect our stay as it was not something we wanted anyway. Area has great food options and was close to what we need. Second stay here and would stay again”

“The breakfast was good. The pool was freezing cold the first night. Warmer the second night and the hot tub was empty with police tape around it both nights. Unsafe for small children. The back door that we used to access our room did not shut properly. Anyone off the street could enter the building day or night. The room itself was nice and clean. ”
