“There was no smell of cleaness in the hotel, just weed smell. The configuration of the room is the worst ever: you enter in the toilette, then the room and then the kitchen, it should be the opposite. The breakfast is with a very very very low variety of food. The staff is kind, even if I have requested the digital invoice, after 4 days I am still waiting it (don't have received anything on the SPAM folder). In the end not a good experience.”

“The staff were always smiling, friendly, & accommodating. When crossing paths with a group of staff members they all smiled & said hello or good morning. At first I did not know they were talking to me, but when I realized they were addressing me, I felt all warm & fuzzy inside. They were genuine in their greetings. “The hotel was excellent for our family of 5. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I asked to book another room for an additional family member. The girl at reception was very accommodating and friendly. Glad we chose this hotel as it was clean and they offered WiFi, breakfast, and gave us snacks upon arrival.”
