I didn't realize this until I needed to use the bathroom at night (I found a used bar of soap next to the kitchen sink and used a blank page of a television instruction manual as toilet paper then I immediately went to 7/11 afterwards during the night). “The hotel is just above the main bus station. Lots of bus with engine on for hours. In addition they suffer blackouts and have a suoer noisy generator. Internet very slow. Poor breakfast”

“True/Facts: Our Room on the second floor does not have a working phone. It looked like a props/toy phone only. Very difficult for someone who is physically challenged with underlying conditions because if you need serv you have to walk down the stairs to go to front lobby. Management was informed but the service request was dismissed as unimportant.
