Hotel a Loacan

“The hotel is just above the main bus station. Lots of bus with engine on for hours. In addition they suffer blackouts and have a suoer noisy generator. Internet very slow. Poor breakfast”

“We were greeted nicely when we arrived. However, the room we had on our first night was very disappointing. The shower drain didn’t drain properly, so it flooded in the washroom. It took the staff 10 minutes just to get all the water down the drain (if this is an issue to you, avoid Room 307). This next issue made me furious. As I was about to get in bed after taking a shower, I lifted the duvet and found a thumbtack facing up. I immediately took pictures of it (attached to this review). I...

“Every thing is good except for the following: Confusions on the name of the property on the address that was advertised in the web I booked for a Mountain View but they gave us garden view .. no explanation whatsoever from the property manager. Advertised as luxury condominium/ apartment but I did see some unexpected turn off -dishwashing liquid placed on an empty Coke bottle . Bath and kitchen towels , rugs needs to be upgraded The building needs a touch up -”

“We were happy based on value. It didn't cost much and we didn't expect much. Just an affordable place to stay at a reasonable price. Staff very nice. Breakfast very basic. Rooms basic. I wish they had a fridge in th room and an ice maker in the hotel but now I'm being picky.”

“Beautiful property near downtown Baguio. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Best coffee I had during my Philippine visit. Walkable to Mines View and also downtown or easy access to a Grab if prefer to ride. Room was very clean. Beds are hard, so just be aware of that if that would be an issue. Would definitely stay again. Love the area.”

“Upon check in you have to wait for 15 minutes in the lobby because no one was there to assist you. Each room has it's own owner and therefore you have to wait for someone to help you. The worst part is the checkout. I wasn't advice that we need to wait upstairs for checkout to get my deposit because they have to check the rooms. The communication is so bad. The only thing that is nice is the location which is very accessible to everything. Would I book it again? I would think it twice!!!”

“Decent hotel, however many details can be improved, such as the window curtain that lets a lot of light come in since early morning. The bedside table doesnt have an electric socket. Even worse all electric sockets are far away from the bed, so you cannot charge your mobile phone, and there is no lamp close to the bed. Dont think order a pizza at the bar, chose something else And try to avoid the rooms at 7th floor, since the noisy restaurant is just above”

“The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was very nice and had several options for each meal. The location was very close to Wright Park, The Mansion, and the Botanical Gardens. All must see destinations.”
