They had a variety of breakfast options including cereal French toast waffle bacon sausage juice potatoes etc. the rooms were great and the gym area was excellent! They had a variety of different equipments available including strength training and cardio.”

“The place was obviously unclean, the staff was barely professional, the front desk employee was rude the minute me and girlfriend walked in. She gave a a key to our room which was very disgusting dirty, the bedsheet was not washed the carpet looked like somebody died in there. With the smell and environment of that hotel I was forced to get out and find another hotel room and they refused to refund me even though I did not stay in that hotel. Worst hotel for anybody looking for nice and quiet...

“The breakfast was fresh. The staff, Jocelyne, and Felicia in particular were very pleasant but the manager of the hotel. Shah Was so rude. I have worked at the Four Seasons Hotel in Montreal, so I have experienced working in the hospitality industry. We have stayed at this location many times before and the way he handled the request that we had and they didn’t fulfil the request that we were promised, he handled it very poorly.”

“The staff were disorganized and rude. They communicated with me poorly and did not take any accountability for their mistakes and disorganization. The staff did not apologize for the inconvenience and denied to accommodate my husband and I in anyway. I felt disrespected and dismissed as a guest. ”

“The couch in my room looked like it had ben taken from a dump. The shower had no water pressure. There was no one at the desk when I arrived, I had to wake someone up, and then wait for them to come down. There were no hangers to hang my shirt. The floors and the sheets were clean, but that's about the only positive thing.”

“The building itself was beautiful like a castle. But the parking is so far away and the set up of the parking lot not good. There’s absolutely nothing here to see or do. You can’t even get a complementary cup of coffee.! The coffee maker in my room, someone opened coffee and poured it in the wrong slot and apparently nobody cleaned it out before we checked in?? When the heat just at 70 hit the room it smelt like something was burning? The table to sit at was so wobbly you couldn’t sit there and...
