“We have stayed here now 3 times and I hate to say the third time was the worst. Are room was very dirty. Our bathroom sink was clogged right away I called front desk, maintenance came and just handed me a bottle of drano and told me to just pour it down the drain and wait an hour. Shouldn’t that be there job to do that come on. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which is a rare find, and was thankful to find these accommodations for the event we were attending. The hotel looks like its being updated slowly? “The public areas in the lobby were a mess due to renovation work and the lobby and floors have an odor BUT the room IU was in was indeed renovated so was very good except there was no place to hang clothing. I understand the need to do renovation but they could do a much better job of keeping the lobby area cleaner looking during construction (many place are able to do this). Also the parking lot is dark with no lights, I was almost afraid to leave my car here.”
