“Great property - great experience. So close to the lifts, plenty of options for food, the 21 grotto was amazing. And the free welcome drinks were a nice touch. The only con is the parking facility. The maneuverability is tight, exiting is extremely difficult and there is no way for 2 cars to pass each other when traversing though to find your spot. Very difficult for larger vehicles. But a fantastic stay otherwise! We will be back.”

“The room was very charming, with a private balcony. The second floor lobby was very comfortable for eating and lounging. The hotel supplies hot water for tea or hot chocolate at all times, plus all plates, bowls, mugs, and silverware, and with a fridge and microwave in the room, it was very easy to prepare simple meals there. It's an easy walk to Main Street or to the Peak 8 gondola.”

“Really great people in every aspect of the place. From front desk to concierge (Carol) to ski (Nathan) and parking valet, all great! Some aspects of the rooms are just beginning to get a little worn and dated - to be expected in a ski resort. Absolutely great location!”

“ This condo is a true gem! Was more than satisfied with the location and service. Very clean and modern new condo. Views are amazing. A little further from downtown Breckenridge, but within a five minute drive. Full kitchen with two bedrooms two private bathrooms. The master bedroom had an en suite large bathroom. Made our stay that much better. Did not want to leave and will definitely come back..”

“Stayed here for a few days to recover after hiking from Denver on the Colorado Trail. It was the perfect place to recover and enjoy local activities. Close to trails for running and hiking. The hotel has its own bike shop to rent mountain bikes at competitive rates, a gym, hot tubs, cafe, restaurant. It is a beautiful cozy and modern place that is walking distance from everything that Breckenridge has to offer. ”

“two days, one day a good included breakfast, the second, the eggs and sausage were awful. The pool and hot tub were both very nice. Easy walk to downtown, is Breckenridge big enough to have a "downtown"? Friendly staff with excellent recommendations for desert locations. Water pressure was low in our room. In the end, for the price and location, a good place to stay.”

“This "hotel" is a collection of vacation apartments, so the amenities are different from a regular hotel. For example, there's no restaurant on site. It usnt a problem, as its just a few steps from Main street, tge studio has a full kitchen, and you have grills on site. I lucked out, with a great view overlooking Maggie Pond.”

“Perfect studio apartment with full kitchen that is well equipped and entire condo is tastefully decorated. Free underground parking but we really didn’t need to use the rental car. Very close to shopping and dining. 4 minute walk to gondola ride to ski slopes and 4 o’clock run ends directly across the street to ski back to condo at end of your day. No need to drive to slopes and fight for parking. Excellent option for 2 person stay. ”

“Perfect location! River Walk is right behind you! Main Street is only a block away so you can literally walk everywhere. Our unit was right above the restaurant so was a little noisy but only until 9:00 pm…..so not bad”
