“Pros-pretty area, cozy and quiet place Cons-WiFi did not work and front desk was not helpful, NO hot water and no communication about it”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very close to the ski slopes. Only saw one staff member in the morning for a short few minutes, but they seemed pretty nice. Doesn’t seem like there’s anyone really staffing the Front Desk. Knocked down a star on Clemments because it didn’t seem the sheets on the bed were changed before our arrival and unfortunately, we didn’t notice until it was late at night when we were going to sleep but found a long dark hairs belonging to someone else on the pillows....

“The unit needs an upgrade, shower was hard to maintain a water temperature. Kitchen had old pots to cook had to ask for a frying pan. Elevators were slow and this was end of the ski season. No AC so it was hot in the unit. Had to return home the next day due to a family emergency and hotel manager refused to provide any type of refund. Don’t recommend staying here.”

“No water pressure in shower. Did not like sink outside of bathroom Restaurant was excellent”
