“The Grand Traverse Resort and Spa was amazing....massage was A-One, baby you better get you one, it's that Deal. Hospitality was great......Thank you staff, you guys did your thing. We were in the tower our room were nice, view was.amazing. we'll.be back. Only thing need more dinning selections and a better brew of coffee in rooms and resort. ”

“Absolutely awesome place to stay at a great rate! Minor issue in getting the unit access code, got it 6 hours before check in instead of 48 hours. Other than that, everything was top notch! ”

“Great location, but the property is a bit dated. Needs fresh paint, especially in the master bathroom. Stains and chips make the bathroom not look as clean as it should. Nice master bedroom, and the king bed and sheets are comfortable. Very nice patio and view. ”

“The condo checked all our boxes: small beachfront walk, grocery store & nice restaurant nearby, parking convenient & bed was fabulous. My spouse wanted to say that grab bars in the shower should be installed & non-slip tub mat available. I also like instructions on how to make TV easier to operate. Thanks.”

“Staff was friendly upon check in. They let me check in 20 minutes early, that was appreciated. It's pretty basic as hotels go, priced fairly. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. But my issue was the lack of hot water. Upon arrival I could only get lukewarm water out of the faucet; my shower this morning ran out of hot water about two minutes in. Not sure if it's a problem for the entire hotel or just the floor I was staying on, but I can't highly recommend a place if I can't have hot...
