I don't think more than one person could sleep on the futon, and for a child it did just fine. I couldn't find clean sheets for the futon- but property mgmt was very responsive and quickly helped me navigate where they were.Queen bedroom was cozy. The air conditioner hits your face which could be refreshing, or bothersome, depending on your preference. The a/c was also pretty loud...

“As we first walked thru the property, we were struck by how colorful and tasteful the decor was, impressed by how vastly roomy and clean the whole place was, and we really enjoyed the main kitchen common area, and upstairs porch common area. It was truly a surprise to find such a perfect set up for our group of friends to enjoy being in their own space, and yet altogether, right in the middle of Austin. ”

“Beautiful, very clean home. The open concept kitchen with large living area was spacious. We never used the gym.The cappacino machine was a big hit.The pool wth gazebo was wonderful. We did use the office with media screen for a presentation. Be aware check in is at 4 pm and, unlike hotels, there no "wiggle room" so plan accordingly. The property is managed by Vacasa. Also the "grill" is really a smoker. I'd come back in a heartbeat!”
